Arturo holds a Bachelor’s in Computing and a Master’s in Educational Management. He specialised in English Language Teaching through post-graduate certifications such as Cambridge DELTA Modules 1 and 2, C2 Proficiency and NILE’s Testing, Evaluation and Assessment Certification.

He currently works for Santillana Idiomas / Richmond as Global Product Manager. However, he has been part of the ELT world for over 18 years in different capacities such as Editorial Manager, Teacher Trainer for national and international certifications, Speaking Examiner, Team Leader, Speaker at numerous national and international conferences and teacher of all levels, from preschool to young adults.

He currently works as a director of Customer Success at Edusoft. He has worked as a sales and marketing executive with a proven track record in global sales, business development, and account management. He is multilingual and has cross-cultural business understanding. Work and academic experience abroad, business networking, and liaising worldwide has been seized over the years.
